Riding Goals for 2016

  1. Ride consistently over the winter (November - March). Try to get in one 3+ hour ride per week into December.  Start back into 3+ hour rides in March. 
  2. Get re-fitted to the bikes and reconsider the biomechanics.
  3. Get stronger. Continue to address the challenges with the back and left knee. Get a stronger core.
  4. Build a set of tubeless wheels.
  5. Figure out a bottle cage that reliably holds water bottles. 
  6. Good, structured training in April, May, and June. 
  7. Learn and practice some downhill technique. 
  8. Scout the Leavenworth climbs and descents. 
  9. Get weight down to 150 pounds for Leavenworth.
  10. Ride Gran Fondo Leavenworth, Ellensburg, and Winthrop.
